What is QuickTime VR?

Patients' Hospital VR Tours uses an exciting new visual technology known as QuickTime VR. This interactive high resolution technology allows you to interact with a 360 degree virtual world made from still photographs of an actual place. In order to take your virtual tour, you must first make sure that you have the free software listed below installed on your system. This software is available for MacOS, Windows 3.1, 95 and NT users.

Netscape 2.0 or Internet Explorer users:

• QuickTime 2.0 or greater
• MovieStar plug-In

Netscape 3.0 users will need:

• QuickTimeVR plug-in and Quicktime 2.0 or greater.

Other browsers:

• Apple QuickTime 2.0 or greater
• QuickTime VR player
